“The Body Corporate. That wasn’t the original title I had in mind I was pushing for ‘Reality Breakdown’. But things change along the way.”
The video itself came out a lot different than what we were thinking of making. And that’s not a bad thing! It morphed from wanting to tell a story about skating being an act of defiance, a path away from the status quo and spoon fed commercialism and all that lazy shit, to being the story of what drew these guys to skateboarding and why it sticks so strongly with some of us. In the end I think it still speaks to those other ideas too, though not said out loud.
These guys poured their hearts into this thing and I couldn’t be more stoked on how it came out. We hope you dig it.” – The Management”.

A new skate film – Visual Audio Experiment by Thomas Campbell.
This 23 minute movie was shot entirely on 16mm film in a dream scene scenario that blends reality, surrealist and a skate adventure starring Javier Mendizabal and Madars Apse. This film is not your normal skate video, it is more a piece of art with skating in it. It captures Javier Brushing his teeth, slobbering on his pillow, bedding down with a beautiful brunette. Also Javi running into Madars Apse in his dream, they skate over volcano’s, thru the woods and into cities of Spain, The Canary Islands, Mallorca, The Basque country and California.
This film has a completely original soundtrack by the critically acclaimed Basque super group ‘Chiwoks’. And besides the usual unusual camera perspectives you expect from a Thomas Campbell film. French Fred is also is on board Lending his iconic visual wizardry to this cauldron of the bizarre, beauty and gnar.
Thomas Campbell Presents Four Small Dreams:
Not Your Normal Skate Video
It wasn’t much of a stretch because skate crews can be very gang-like to begin with. The Deathwish dudes are a tight-knit crew. Overall, I don’t think this is too far from what these guys are actually like. It’s really close to the truth. You wouldn’t be surprised if you saw Jon Dickson on the beach asleep in the morning.—Skin Phillips

While we’ve always enjoyed watching and making these types of videos, there’s something special about knowing what went into a project and what it was like for those who experienced it first hand. Therefore, when we set out to make the new Fallen video, we wanted to document every aspect of our missions with the goal of taking the viewer on the journey with us.
Over the course of two and a half years, we traveled to Turkey, Croatia, South Africa, Portugal, the American West and Thailand. The memories alone made the extended travel and uncomfortable situations worth the effort. We invite you to join us on the Road Less Traveled.
Gutsy filmed for 6 years to gather the footage for G.I.H.U. / Y.I.H.U. which are the last two DVD’s of the IHU series. They are jammed-packed with some of the most amazing skateboarding and funniest skits from a huge list of the who’s who of Australian skateboarding!
Now with Cup Cake, Gutsy takes us for another ride. Nobody can show better what the Gold Coast Crew is able to do! And how much fun they all have doing it… Another DVD to add to your collection for sure!!

The ‘Fellowship of the Bearing’ is a remarkable adventure into the groundbreaking downhill longboarding industry!
Since its inception, riders continue to push the limits and define new styles of extreme skateboarding. This hi-def film delivers breakthrough footage of the most recognised and hard working skaters out there. It takes viewers with them to top competitive races and many of the most of the world’s highest peaks. With serious riding matched with serious cinematography, you get a head turning film that was fired by passion – 13 months in the making. The Colabo Riders smooth high speed skating will inspire enthusiasts to further push the envelope of skateboarding.
The making of this film has taken us beyond our original goal of making a solid team video featuring incredible riders, it has been a crazy filled life changing journey!
Riders like Scoot Smith, Mischo Erban, Jim Z, JM Duran, Kyle Martin, Hugh Johnson, Tom Edstrand and other top contenders made the film simply by dominating on the race course with style and fierce sportsmanship. Races across North America and Europe have grown from only a handful of riders, to organizers having to put a cap on entry just to get it done before the weekend ends.
The Fellowship of the Bearing, SHOT IN HD, is like no other film out there and is the first production of it’s kind to take you into the lives of skaters that look at street hills as their stomping grounds. Rather than see intense “unskateable” roads as threats, longboarders have taken the initiative to show the world that hitting hills is an experience worth giving it a go.
Whether it be cruising with your mates near the beach, pre drifting for switchbacks or blasting down hills at 100km/hour, the Colabo Video is guaranteed to have you look at this rapidly growing sport in a unique and satisfying way.More

This video should greatly expand your ideas and understanding of what it is to ride a longboard. You should walk away from this DVD thinking of new things you can try, with your mind more open to all the possibilities that longboarding has. Or, you might just walk away thinking that the video was fun, and funny. And that’s ok to!More
The level of skateboarding is beyond me, each skater was full of surprises, leaving nobody disappointed.
Incredible parts from Ryan Bobier, Jimmy Carlin, Dennis Durrant, Adrian Lopez, Windsor James, Gilbert Crockett, Ryan Smith, Lindsay Robertson, and Dan Murphy. Ryan Smith never lets you down, new kid Jimmy Carlin blew my mind trick after trick. Dan Murphy stepped it up a notch. Heelflip king Lindsay did what he does best. Too much to list.

The Bones Brigade Autobiography DVD. This is a documentary from Stacey Peralta (Dogtown and Z-boys) on the Bones Brigade, a gang of skaters he helped to assemble that defined skateboarding in the 1980s. The company Powell Peralta helped to transform skateboarding as it grew from a fad to cultural significance during the 80s – and become a big business.
Powell Peralta’s skate team, dubbed the Bones Brigade, was made up of many of the era’s greats including Tony Hawk, Steve Caballero Rodney Mullen, Mike McGill, Lance Mountain and Tommy Guerrero. They would go on to have a global influence on skate culture that stemmed in part from the videos they began retailing in 1982.

It was filmed at the beginning of the 1980s skateboard boom and was intended to show new skaters what had been going on in the sport during and after the 1979-1983 dark ages when very few skaters remained loyal to the sport.
“Just wanted to drop a note saying thanks for the DVD. I haven’t been that eager to watch a video in over a decade and The Bones Brigade Video Show SE definitely lived up to my hype. Exceeded expectations. I haven’t laughed out loud at a skate video for a long, long time. My wife even watched it (which is sort of weird). That video has so many memories for me. It was like being dosed when I first saw it a few days after buying my first skateboard (Vato Rat). I can honestly say it derailed me in the best possible way. ( Future Primitive would eventually steer me off the track, but the BBVS started the process.) That’s some magic bottled up in that DVD and it’s so important to have something of that quality available to remind people what skating’s about.” -Sean

‘Since Day One’ is the new DVD from Real Skateboards and leaves an honest testimony to their dedication to skateboarding with their new video . No gimmicks or frills, just pure skateboarding and good times amongst friends.
A few faces stand out: Chima Ferguson for his nonchalance in the face of danger, Ernie Torres and Nick Dompierre tag teaming up to take the title, James Hardy using his big frame to crush spots, Alex Perelson single handedly re-instating vertical skating as something sweet, Keith Hufnagel for keeping up appearances with a true to form pop concert of simplicity, Peter Ramondetta mixing tech and gnarly skating into a lethal cocktail and last but not least the definition of speed skating Dennis Busenitz. Dennis has won Skater of the Year for several years already. Maybe this time he’ll actually receive the trophy.
On top of the sheer volume of big balled skating, Real also offers loads of extras on the DVD and a great 100 page book of photos documenting the trials and tribulations everyone went through in creating Since Day One.More
