RETURNS POLICY

We do not refund and/or accept returns for change of mind and for discounted or customised items (e.g. gripped decks, custom built boards) so please choose carefully.

If you want to return a product because you ordered the incorrect size, Concrete Lines is happy to exchange the item/s or provide you with a store credit, providing that the product is returned to us undamaged, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition (i.e. with all tags and original packaging).  It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item and to send the replacement item.  If you choose to take a credit note, the amount will be of the amount originally paid for the item minus our shipping cost for the delivery of the original item.

Although not required it is suggested you insure returns as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

How to return your item

All claims must be lodged within (7) seven days of your receipt of the item.  Please complete the online Contact Form or call us on 07 5536 2677.  A customer service representative will evaluate your return request, record all the necessary product return information and issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).  No returns will be accepted without this number.  Send your item to the return address provided.  Please ensure that your RAN number is clearly displayed on the return packaging.

Return address:
Concrete Lines – Shop 5a The Strand, 72-80 Marine Parade, Coolangatta QLD 4225

The return must be received by Concrete Lines within (14) fourteen days of the RAN being issued to be eligible for replacement. Please advise us by email [email protected] once the item has been sent and provide us a tracking number (if possible).

If the item returned is not a warranty claim, the replacement product will be sent as soon as Concrete Lines has received the returned product and payment for the shipping of the replacement product.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

All warranty claims must be approved by the manufacturer.  Warranties will vary with each manufacturer but will usually only cover against manufacturing defects.  Normal wear and tear, including damages incurred from impacts, is not considered a manufacturing defect.  For example, you will not be able to apply for a warranty claim if your skateboard breaks after landing a massive set of stairs or if it has been run over by a car.  We understand your frustration and share the heartbreak but unfortunately, so is the life of a skateboard!

For warranty claims, we are not in a position to replace the product automatically.  However, we are happy to assist you with this matter and can contact the manufacturer on your behalf.   Please take note the processing time for a warranty claim varies with each manufacturer and can take up to 4 weeks before receiving a response. We will do everything we can to speed up the process but please ‘Don’t shoot the messenger!’.

If your warranty claim is approved, we will send you a replacement item (no cost) straight away or you can ask for a refund.
