We do not accept returns for change of mind and for discounted or customised items (e.g. gripped decks, custom built boards) so please choose carefully.
If you want to return a product because you ordered the incorrect size, Concrete Lines is happy to exchange the item/s or provide you with a credit note, providing that the product is returned to us undamaged, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition (i.e. with all tags and original packaging). It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item and to send the replacement item. If you choose to take a credit note, the amount will be of the amount originally paid for the item minus our shipping cost for the delivery of the original item.
Although not required it is suggested you insure returns as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

All warranty claims must be approved by the manufacturer.Warranties will vary with each manufacturer but will usually only cover against manufacturing defects.Normal wear and tear, including damages incurred from impacts, is not considered a manufacturing defect. For example, you will not be able to apply for a warranty claim if your skateboard breaks after landing a massive set of stairs or if it has been run over by a car.We understand your frustration and share the heartbreak but unfortunately, so is the life of a skateboard!
For warranty claims, we are not in a position to replace the product automatically. However, we are happy to assist you with this matter and can contact the manufacturer on your behalf. Please take note the processing time for a warranty claim varies with each manufacturer and can take up to 4 weeks before receiving a response. We will do everything we can to speed up the process but please ‘Don’t shoot the messenger!’.
If your warranty claim is approved, we will send you a replacement item (no cost) straight away or you can ask for a refund.
